Neff & Associates Insurance Services, Inc provides insurance products ranging from homeowners, automobile, umbrella, and boat insurance coverage to business insurance, general liability for contractors, workers compensation, employers liability coverage, excess liability, and equipment coverage. Matt has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, originally starting as an agent in 1998, becoming a partner in 2000, and sole principal in 2007 he has demonstrated success in insurance management and sales expertise in a fast-paced sales environment while providing award-winning customer service and leadership in highly competitive markets.
Matt is tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with the business community. He strongly believes in giving back to the community as he is actively involved with the Greater Pismo Beach Kiwanis, a member of the Five Cities Youth Basketball Board, have coached high school basketball, youth basketball, youth baseball, and youth flag football. Most recently Matt was awarded the Ken Talley Award for his commitment and dedication to youth in the community.
Matt and his wife Alison have two children, Teagan and Jonah. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.
Yvonne joins our Team with 18 years’ experience as a Risk Advisor. She enjoys building bridges between herself and her clients to protect their futures. Yvonne is personable and has the client’s needs as her priority. She handles both new and renewal clients with their personal insurance needs.
On Yvonne’s off time she enjoys spending time following her son around the map as he has ventured into the Navy and enjoying her two Granddaughters.
